Job management updates for 2021.2

Moldflow 2021.2 uses the Simulation Compute Manager (SCM) 1.5 as its job manager.

Major Improvements

New web based Job Viewer - Download solver log files as text from the View log page.
Delete an individual local or LAN job from the Job Viewer page
View the hostname of the machine running the job from Job Viewer page
Online/offline status of remote servers are available on the Configuration page
Other: File transfer on cloud, security strengthening and bug fixes.
