Creating a connector

Connectors are used to provide a heat and resistance free connection between a runner system and the part, when the two do not meet ideally.

To create a connector between two points,

1. Create a line between the two points using the Create Line command, then Close the dialog.
2. Select the line you have just created, right-click on it, select Properties, and choose Yes, when asked if you would like to assign new property.
3. Click New and select Connector from the menu.
4. Add any comments that will help you document the project.
5. Click OK twice to exit all dialogs.
