- To Modify Piping Components in a Spec
Add and Remove Component Sizes in a Spec. Set Component Properties in the Spec. Update a spec with the changes made to the catalogs. - To Add Piping Components from a Catalog
Add a component to a spec that is currently a placeholder in the model. You can also modify an existing component in the spec. - To convert a block to a block based component
Assign one or more piping connection ports to AutoCAD blocks. Save the drawing that contains the custom piping component block definitions. - To work with instrumentation and custom components
Update components in the model that use the spec. - To create instrumentation and custom components
Substitute placeholder piping components in the model with a compatible component in the spec. You can create and add parts to a pipe line that are not in the pipe spec.
