    About Drawing Work History Status

You can enter work history status and notes for any drawing in the Work History area of the project manager.
You can also enter status and notes in the Work History dialog box, if your project administrator has configured the dialog to display when you open or close a drawing. Note that this is not a mechanism for storing, retrieving, or controlling versions of a drawing.
