Interpret the Line Efficiency Report
A detailed view of your model's line efficiency.
A line efficiency report shows how each source, operator, processor, buffer, and connection performed during simulation.
Select the View Line Efficiency Summary Report option from the Reports drop-down menu on the ribbon to generate a report of your simulation data.
A report of your process model opens in a browser window.
Simulation Summary
The Line Efficiency Summary Report displays a highlighted glimpse into how your objects and assets performed during simulation.
The report begins with high-level summary information and a snapshot of how each object performed in the model. This report displays the date it was run and the elapsed time.
Production Information
The Production Summary report displays the Units Produced, the Total Production Run Time, the Average Production Time, and the Average Production Rate of your model.
Processor Efficiency Information
The Processor Efficiency report displays the number of Processors, the Most Efficient Processor, and the Least Efficient Processor in your model.
Operator Information
The Operator Utilization report displays the number of Operators, the Highest Utilized Operator, and the Lowest Utilized Operator in your model.
Connection Utilization Information
The Connection Utilization report displays the number of Connections, the Highest Utilized Connection, and the Lowest Utilized Connection in your model.
Processor Efficiency Charts
Processor efficiency charts display utilization percentages and provide a visual representation of processor uptime, downtime, idle time, blocked time, and setup time, to help you quickly identify and correct inefficiencies. Hover over the charts to view the total time the processor was running. This chart also measure how processors are utilized relative to one another.
Operator Utilization Charts
Operator utilization charts show operating, idle, blocked, and travel times for each operator. This chart also measure how operators are utilized relative to one another.
Connection Utilization Charts
Connection reporting shows utilization in relation to other connections, including transport time, idle time, and blocked time and measures how they are used relative to one another.
