Export a Design
Export your process model and assets to Excel or AutoCAD for further analysis.
When your layout is complete, export the process model and assets in your model to Excel for further analysis or use with other systems.
If you have a Factory Design Utilities subscription, you can export a file and its assets to a DWG file format for later use in AutoCAD.
- Select the Export command from the ribbon.
- Choose a filename.
- Select Excel file or AutoCAD Drawings from the Save as type menu.
- Select the local directory in which you want to save the file, and Save.
Note: Assets in the design export for use in AutoCAD as well.
