PowerMill 2027 fixed issues

A Calculate Locally option has been added to the Steep and Shallow Finishing and Constant Z Finishing strategies to calculate stepdowns more efficiently by taking local geometry into account.
Previously, stepdowns were calculated to ensure the cusp height stayed below a specified maximum. However, the stepdown at a given height was determined by the shallowest slope anywhere on the model at that height. As a result, stepdowns were calculated globally. While this guarantees the cusp height limit is never exceeded, it also means that steeper regions end up with unnecessarily small stepdowns.
In PowerMill 2027, enabling Calculate Locally calculates stepdowns at each level by considering the slope within a local region rather than across the entire model:- Steep and Shallow Finishing: Stepdowns are calculated by considering the slope within the local steep region.
- Constant Z Finishing: Stepdowns are calculated by considering the slope within each enclosing boundary segment. If no boundary is defined, stepdowns continue to be defined relative to the shallowest slope that occurs across the entire model at each level.
