Use the options on the Visualisation tab to apply model shading or analysis options, compare or section models, or change the material, labels or lighting of a model.
The Visualisation tab is divided into the following panels:
- Shading — Use these options to shade the model to highlight particular features, such as the smoothness of the surfaces, undercut regions and the accessibility of areas to tools.
- Model — Use these options to compare model, analyze differences between groups of items or models, find duplicate items, or take sections through a model to view its interior.
- Tools — Use these options to inspect surfaces, and check solid models for wall thickness and open edges.
- Format — Use these options to specify the material, transparency, and lighting of models, and to wrap labels onto objects.
