- Click Analysis
Analysis Types. The Analysis Types dialog opens.
- Select an existing Modal case, or create a new one, and then select it.
- Click Change analysis type, and then click OK. The Change Analysis Type dialog opens.
- Select Modal Analysis Taking into Account Static Forces, and then click OK. The Parameters of Modal Analysis Taking into Account Static Forces dialog opens.
- Specify the necessary parameters for the analysis.
Note: To set up a nonlinear analysis, select either or both of the non-linearity options, and then click Static state parameters to specify the parameters of the nonlinear analysis.
- Click OK to go back to the Analysis Type dialog. The analysis type is updated for the selected case.
Tip: To set up parameters on a selection of load cases, enter a list of cases in the Case list box, and then click Set parameters.
