    Loads Duration dialog - ANSI/AWC NDS-2012 ASD

    Use this dialog to define the appropriate durations of existing load cases.

    Access

    • Click Configuration in the Calculations - ANSI/AWC NDS-2012 dialog, and then click Loads durations.

    Dialog elements

    Select the appropriate duration for each of the available loads.

    The program uses the load durations to calculate the Load Duration Factor CD automatically, according to the rules given in Appendix B of the code.
