Stories:
Stories...
The Stories option allows you to define stories understood as selected (automatically or manually) structure elements. The mass, the center of gravity, the center of rigidity, the moments of inertia and the eccentricities' values will be calculated for such selection of elements. These data are indispensable for simplified seismic calculations for many seismic codes. Shortcut: LL.

Filter Stories
This option allows you to limit the structure view to the selected story (the remaining stories become invisible).

The option allows you to set view of the background (e.g. from the DWG, DXF file) representing the content of the previous story.

Active Sides
This option allows to select sides of an object on which the ES grid will be selected and which will take part in calculations.

This option allows to select sides of an object which remain empty during generation of the ES grid, which will not take part in calculations.

Save Substructure
The Save Substructure option is used to save a part of the structure model with the calculation results. For thus-defined part of a structure model it is possible to perform the analysis of results and the design of structure elements (a smaller structure model makes the result analysis easier and preparation of printouts faster). For a substructure, the member design or calculations of plate / shell reinforcement may also be performed.

Update from Substructure
Select Geometry/Structure/Update from Substructure to update substructure changes in the structure model. Updating replaces changed object attributes; as an example, the following are changed: sections of bars, releases, supports, panel thicknesses, code parameters.

Columns...
The option is used to define columns in a structure:
- coordinates of the column position
- column height
- sense along an assumed vertical axis Z ( up, down).

Geometrical Imperfections...
This option allows you to define initial geometrical imperfections. The geometrical imperfections can be assigned to singular bars or a group of collinear bars (so-called super-bars). There are no initial forces and stress in the structure due to the imperfections; considering the imperfections only results in change of the structure geometry.

Core walls...
The option is used to group panels (walls) in object called core walls. It allows to obtain results for the core walls: reduced forces for each story

Load Distribution - Claddings...
This option allows for the definition of loads distribution on cladding. Three types of load distribution are possible with regard to the load direction:
- Two-way - isotropic
- One-way X - anisotropic: parallel to the local x axis of a panel
- One-way Y - anisotropic: parallel to the local y axis of a panel and perpendicular to the local x axis of a panel.
