When you turn on shadows, the view displays dots, white spots, and other artifacts.
In this example, red arrows point to the graphic artifacts that result when shadows are turned on.
Issue: The issue can occur when model geometry overlaps.
Solutions: Try one of the following:
- Remove the overlapping geometry from the model.
- Use the Join Geometry tool to combine the overlapping geometry into one element.
- In the view, hide one of the overlapping elements.
