    Modify a Ceiling

    To modify a ceiling, select it and use tools on the Modify | Ceilings tab.

    If you want to... Then...
    change the ceiling type select the ceiling. Then select a different ceiling type from the Type Selector.
    modify ceiling boundaries see Modifying Sketched Elements.
    slope the ceiling see About Sloped Ceilings.
    apply a material and surface pattern to a ceiling see Applying a Material by Element Parameter.
    move the ceiling grid see Aligning Model Pattern Lines to Elements.
