The Delete tool removes selected elements from the drawing, but does not paste deleted elements to the clipboard.
Do one of the following:
- Select the elements to delete, and then click Modify | <Element> tab
Modify panel
(Delete). - Click Modify tabModify panel (Delete), select the elements to delete, and then press Enter.
