Print Preview - Page Footer Toolbar
Description
The page footer toolbar allows text to be added to the page footer.
Outline Procedure
This is toggled between visible or hidden using View | Footer Setup in the View Menu of the Print Preview Form. When visible it may be dragged and dropped to dock with the Print Preview Form tool bars or it may be left floating.
The height of the footer is adjusted using the Footer field in the Margins Tab Page in conjunction with the Bottom margin width of the Margins Tab Page.
The footer font is defined in the Footer Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
The commands in this toolbar are effectively a shortcut duplicate of those in the Footer Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
Just one portion of the footer (center or right) may be worked on at any one time, depending which of the 'switch' options is chosen. Selecting 'Clear Text' clears from just the current portion. The left part of the footer is occupied by the application version and copyright notice which is regenerated every time the file is loaded and cannot be edited.
