Print Preview - View Menu - Command Help

Margins
This command toggles whether or not dotted lines indicating the page margins, page header and page footer are shown on the active page.
Ctrl+M is a shortcut for this command.
Margins Bar
This command toggles whether or not a status bar showing the current margin widths is visible.
It is shown at the top of the window.
Margins cannot be edited in the Margins bar. But Double-clicking on the Margins Bar displays and switches focus to the Margins Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
Status Bar

This command toggles whether or not a status bar showing the status of the entire printout is visible.
It is shown at the bottom of the window.
Status Bar content cannot be edited. But paper size can be edited by double-clicking on the Status Bar to display and switch focus to the Page Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
Thumbnails
This command toggles whether or not thumbnail views showing each page of the printout are visible.
They are shown in a scrollable window on the right-hand side of the screen.
The thumbnail of the active page is highlighted. The active page can be changed by clicking on another thumbnail.
Ctrl+U is a shortcut for this command.
Toolbars
The sub-menu displayed on left-clicking over this item lists all available toolbars. Left clicking on a sub-menu item set the toolbar named in that item either visible or hidden.
A short-cut to the sub-menu is to right-click on a blank area of the toolbar docking region at the top of the window.
Footer Setup
The Footer Toolbar can be toggled between visible or hidden.
The Footer Toolbar may be dragged and dropped to dock with the Print Preview Form tool bars or it may be left floating.
Zoom

The sub-menu displayed on selecting this command lists a subset of the range of options that are available in the Zoom Form that is accessible from the Setup... item at the bottom of the sub-menu.
Widen To Source Width applies when Shrink to Page has been set such that the content spreads over several side-by-side pages. It changes the display so that just one page width is displayed (containing only part of the width of the content).
Page Headers
The page header can be toggled between visible and hidden.
This button modifies display of only the page header (defined using Titles and Set Company Titles).
When the page header is hidden it is replaced by blank space with other areas of the preview entirely unchanged. The size of the blank area is fixed and it CANNOT be removed by modifying the margins using the Margins Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
Page Footers
The page footer can be toggled between visible and hidden.
This button modifies display of only the page footer (defined using the Footer Toolbar).
When the page footer is hidden it is replaced by blank space with other areas of the preview entirely unchanged. The size of the blank area may be reduced or it can be removed altogether using the Margins Tab Page of the Page Setup Form.
Include Graphic
The graphic in the print preview can be toggled between visible and hidden.
When the graphic is hidden it is replaced by a re-paginated table so there is no blank space.
