Getting Started

Create a free account and begin managing asset data for facilities in just a few minutes.

Tandem Home Page

Once a user has created their account and has logged in, they are taken to the Home Page. This is an area where new users can get acquainted with the Autodesk Tandem Interface or use the resources area to learn how to begin using Tandem.

There are 3 main sections in the resources area for new users:

For users that have previously logged in, there are some additional shortcuts on the home page.

Manage page

Within the MANAGE space of Autodesk Tandem, you have control over various aspects of your account as well as your asset requirements.

There are 5 distinct areas on the manage page:

1. Facility Templates - Area to create standard starting definitions for facilities
2. Classes - Page to specify hierarchical structures of asset categories and types
3. Parameters - Space to create and define asset properties
4. Team - Area to modify team members and change site properties
5. Usage - Page to review asset totals and stream usage across the portfolio

Facilities

From the facilities tab, users can view existing facility or create a new facility using the Create New Facility button.

Once created, users can upload models and begin to configure the digital twin
