Search for a configuration item in the CAD plugin

You may use the Quick Search or Advanced Search to locate a configuration item in the CAD plugin.

Quick search only searches for items. As you review the list of results, view the Where Used tab to determine what the selected configuration is and if the selected item is linked to any other configuration items.

Advanced Search enables you to perform more precise searches. For example, you may search for a CAD file by any of its attributes. The information displayed in the detail view on the right-side is for the item it corresponds to. View the Where Used tab to determine what the selected configuration is and if the selected item is linked to any other configurations.
