Manage your profile
The information shown in your Upchain profile is taken from your Autodesk profile. You cannot make any changes in Upchain. Therefore, if you want to make changes to the following fields, you must do so from your Autodesk profile. Click to learn more.

- Cell Phone Number
- Home Phone Number
- Address
- Postal Code
- City
- Web Page
You may also configure out-of-office notifications to delegate your work to another user when you are away.
Add or update your profile photo
You may update your profile photo from your Upchain profile. The image should be no larger than 200 KB. The recommended image aspect ratio is 1:1. This image may be different to the one you use for the Autodesk profile.
Click the chevron next to your initials or your profile picture in the main header. Your initials are visible if you do not have a profile photo.
Select My profile from the drop-down menu.
Your profile page opens.
Click the camera icon next to your profile picture.
Locate the image on your computer you'd like to upload and click Open.
Delete your profile photo
Click the chevron next to your initials or your profile picture in the main header.
Select My profile from the drop-down menu.
Your profile page opens.
Click the bin icon next to the camera icon.
In the confirmation message pop-up window, click OK to confirm that you want to delete your profile photo.
This removes your profile photo and replaces it with your initials.
