By default Vehicle Tracking detects the input locale setting on your computer and uses this to determine the language to use. If you want to force Vehicle Tracking to use a particular language, select it from the drop down list. The menus and dialogs change as soon as you click OK.
If the language is wrong when set to Auto Detect, you may have your Input locale set wrongly in Windows Control Panel, Regional Settings.
