Review or modify an injection molding simulation study setup
Note: The Setup Summary opens automatically when you create a new injection molding simulation study.
On the Setup tab, click Solve > Setup Summary
.The Setup Summary dialog opens.
Click the following icons to modify the settings:
- Target Body
- Material
- Injection Locations
- Injection Time, Melt Temperature, or Mold Surface Temperature
- Aesthetic Faces
- Target Body
If the error
or warning 
icon is showing, click the icon to find more instructions on what you should or could improve.When the study setup is ready, click Solve to open the Solve dialog.
Click Solve Study to start the injection molding simulation analysis.
The Job Status opens, where you can track the progress.
When the results are ready, click Results in the Action column to view the results.
