Point: Delta X and Delta Y

Add a point that is located a specified offset and elevation from another point.

Properties

Specify the following parameters in the Properties panel.

Point
Point Number	Specifies the point number. You can change the automatically generated Point Number value.
Point Codes	Specifies the codes assigned to the point.
Point Geometry Type
Type	Specifies the point type: Angle and Delta X Angle and Delta Y Angle and Distance Delta X and Delta Y Delta X on Surface Interpolate Point Slope and Delta X Slope and Delta Y Slope to Surface
Point Geometry Properties
From Point	Specifies the point to which the Delta X and Delta Y values are relative.
Delta X	Specifies the offset value from the point specified in the From Point row. Click [...] to open the Expression Editor, where you can enter or calculate a value.
Delta Y	Specifies the elevation difference from the point specified in the From Point row. Click [...] to open the Expression Editor, where you can enter or calculate a value.
Auto Add Link
Auto Link To From Point	Draws a link from the point specified in the From Point row to the current point.
Name	Specifies the name of the link.
Codes	Specifies the codes assigned to the link.
Miscellaneous
Comment	Indicates notes about the point. Comments can be displayed in the Preview panel.

In this example, P1 is located at the origin. P2 was created at an offset of 1 and an elevation of -1 relative to P1. To review the parameters, select the Delta X and Delta Y point in the Flowchart, and then see the Properties panel.
