files into Autodesk Inventor part (*.ipt), assembly (*.iam), or drawing (*.idw, *.dwg) files.
JT, Parasolid, IGES, STEP, NX, and SolidWorks files that contain multiple solid parts are imported as Inventor multi-body parts. To create part files from the individual bodies, use the Make Components command.
