Library Ribbon Cable

Displays properties on selected library ribbon cable definitions.

Access:

Ribbon: Cable and Harness tab Create panel Create Ribbon Cable , click Properties

General tab

Displays the name, category, and part number along with physical characteristics of the raw ribbon cable.

Name	Displays the name of the selected raw ribbon cable.
Category	Displays the category in which the raw ribbon cable is organized, if applicable.
Part Number	Displays the part number for the selected raw ribbon cable.
Appearance	Displays the appearance for the selected raw ribbon cable. The selected appearance is displayed. Conductor One displays the color of the conductor (wire) in the ribbon cable that indicates the side used to correctly orient the ribbon cable with the connector. The side marked as conductor one is arranged on the first connector pin. Ribbon Body displays the color of the conductors that make up the body of the ribbon cable. Conductor one is not included.
Number of Conductors	Displays the number of conductors that are included in the selected raw ribbon cable.
Pitch	Displays the distance increment of the conductors in the selected raw ribbon cable.
Height	Displays the height or thickness for the selected raw ribbon cable.
Width	Displays the width for the selected raw ribbon cable.
Gauge	Displays the gauge for the conductors that are included in the selected raw ribbon cable.
Core Size	Displays the core size for the conductors included in the raw ribbon cable as a diameter.

Custom tab

Use to view the name, data type, and value for custom properties.

Name	Displays the entered property name.
Type	Data type for the selected property.
Value	Value for the selected property.
