Library Cable

Displays properties on selected library cable definitions.

Access:

Ribbon: Cable and Harness tab Create panel Create Cable , click Properties.

General tab

Displays the name, category, and part number along with physical characteristics of the cable.

Name	Displays the name of the selected cable.
Category	Displays the category in which the cable is organized, if applicable.
Part Number	Displays the part number for the selected cable.
Outer Diameter	Displays the diameter as either fixed or calculated. If the diameter is fixed, the default or last used outer diameter is displayed (in length units) for the selected cable. If the Calculate Size from Wires check box is selected, the value is automatically computed from the cable wires.
Bend Radius	Displays the bend radius multiplier for the selected cable. This number is multiplied by the cable's outer diameter to determine its minimum bend radius value. Can also be set to calculate from wires.

Conductor list

Lists the wires that make up the cable.

Custom tab

Use to view the name, data type, and value for custom properties.

Name	Displays the entered property name.
Type	Data type for the selected property.
Value	Optionally, enter a value for the selected property.
