Set the Material

In this step, the molding process and analysis sequence are confirmed and the thermoplastic material used to make the part is selected.

1. Click Home > Molding Process Setup > Thermoplastics Injection Molding to see the other molding processes that are available. Keep Thermoplastics Injection Molding as the molding process.

   

2. Click Home > Molding Process Setup > Analysis Sequence to see the analysis sequences that are available. Ensure that the analysis sequence is Fill.

   

   

3. Click Home > Molding Process Setup > Select Material.

   

4. Select LG Chemical as the Manufacturer.

5. Select ABS HG-173 as the Trade Name.
