To observe the effect of sorting based on attribute value, you must have several features of the feature class of interest in your design.
For example, you might have five transformers in your design, three with kVA value of 5 and two with a kVA value of 10. If you sort on the kVA attribute, the Model Viewer creates two groups of transformers. One group of 5 kVA transformers containing three models and one group of 10 kVa transformers containing two models. The number of models in an attribute groups is indicated in parentheses after the attribute name in the list.
When you re-sort models, not all attributes are available for sorting. Model name, status, group (if relevant), phase count (if relevant) and style name are always listed. However, if you clear the Show check box for these attributes during Industry Model configuration, they are not listed. If all features share the same value for one attribute, this attribute is not listed. If the number of models in an attribute group is more than fifteen, a warning is displayed since the list can be quite lengthy.
Note that available models are limited to those in the model group. Attribute values specific to the group are set.
