Sight analysis, or more precisely, sight distance analysis is an important safety consideration for road design. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use the analysis tools for stopping sight distance and passing sight distance. Once you have identified sight failures, you'll want to know how to correct them. Exercise 2 shows a couple of ways to do this. Of course, there are other ways as well. Exercise 3 introduces the tools for analysing visibility for drivers approaching an intersection.
