To View Content Explorer Indexing Statistics

1. Open the Configuration Console.
2. Click the Statistics tab.
   

   Statistics information is updated every eight seconds for local folders. For network folders, you must manually refresh the information by clicking Refresh .

3. Review the percentage of folders that have been indexed and the percentage of files that have been indexed in those folders.

   For example, in this image, 100 percent of the folders have been indexed but only 21 percent of the files have been indexed so far.

4. Click View Log File to see a more detailed list of indexing events.
5. To see statistics on a particular folder, select it from All Watched Folders.
