To review and modify pier foundations

Choose a pier foundation style for your bridge from a catalog of parametric pier foundation components, then edit pier foundation settings as desired.

1. Select the bridge and then click again on a pier foundation to select it.
Tip: To make it easier to view and edit a pier or pier foundation, you can toggle bridge deck transparency, adjust terrain surface opacity or even hide the terrain layer.
• Click to toggle bridge deck transparency.
• Click to toggle between 50% and 100% surface opacity.
• Click to manage visibility for the terrain layer.

2. Once you select a pier foundation, its asset card will display.

Select the orange pier foundation component style name to choose another parametric pier foundation component style in the catalog. Click the thumbnail image to see a more detailed view of the current pier component style. Modify attributes such as skew, offset and height above ground in Edit mode. Modify general settings such as depth, width, and length in Edit mode. Modify properties specific to the pier foundation component style, such as Pile settings, in Edit mode. These options may vary depending on the pier foundation component style you choose.
