To Delete a Component, Component View or Folder (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. In the mechanical browser, click the occurrence you want to delete.
2. If you want to delete several items, press the CTRL key and click them.
3. Right-click, and then select Delete.

   If the occurrence is the last instance of the component or folder, you are prompted to confirm if the system should delete its definition.

4. Click Yes to delete the definition or No to let the definition remain.
5. The occurrence is deleted from the mechanical browser as well as model space.
