To Create a Centerline Cross on a Plate (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Note:

The instructions on this page assume that you have already created a plate.

  1. Click Home tabDraw panelCenterline drop-downCenterline Cross on Plate. Find
  2. Enter a value to specify the offset of the center-cross from the contour.
  3. Press ENTER.
  4. Select the objects.
  5. Press ENTER.
  6. Use the pointing device to specify where to place the centerline crosses: inside or outside the plate.
  7. Specify a diameter value for the hole to create a cross with a hole, or select N for No Hole to create a centerline cross without a hole, and then specify a diameter value for the cross. You can also select S for Standard Parts to insert a standard hole.
