Modify analytical node instance properties to assign unique identification numbers or add comments for reference.
To change instance properties, select the element and change its properties on the Properties palette.

| Node Number | An identifier created for the analytical member. This value should be unique across Analytical Nodes in a project. Revit warns you if the number is already used but allows you to continue using it. You can see the warning using the Review Warnings tool. See: Reviewing Warning Messages. |

By default the check box for the analytical nodes category is cleared on the Analytical Model Categories tab in the Visibility/Graphics dialog. Using filters you can control the visibility and graphic settings of analytical nodes that share common properties in a view.
