Place Rooms Automatically

Place rooms in all closed and bounded areas on the current level.

Rooms are automatically created for enclosed areas greater than 0.25 sq. ft. Rooms are created on the current level according to the parameters on the Options Bar. The Room components added to the model are named numerically.

1. Click Architecture tabRoom & Area panel (Room)
2. On the Room panel, click (Place Rooms Automatically). A dialog displays indicating the number of rooms created.
