Edit an Organization Scheme for the Project Browser

If an existing organization scheme does not support the way you work in the Project Browser, you can modify its filters and grouping/sorting rules for views, sheets, or schedules/quantities.

  1. Click View tabWindows panelUser Interface drop-down (Browser Organization).
  2. In the Browser Organization dialog, click the tab for the desired list: Views, Sheets, or Schedules.
  3. Select an organization scheme.
  4. To rename the organization scheme, click Rename. Enter a new name, and click OK.
  5. To edit its filters and grouping/sorting rules, click Edit. In the Browser Organization Properties dialog, make the necessary changes.

  7. To apply the updated organization scheme to the Project Browser now, in the Browser Organization dialog, click Apply.
