To Create an Alignment From a Pressure Network

  1. On the Home tab, click Create Design panel Alignment Create Alignment From Pressure Network Find.
  2. Select the path for the alignment along one pressure network. Select at least two points to define the path. The shortest route between the selected points is used to create the alignment. If you want to specify a different, longer path around a pressure network, select at least three points to define the path. Press Enter.
  3. Use the Create Alignment From Pressure Network dialog box to define the alignment parameters.
    Note: Select the Create Profile And Profile View check box to create a profile and profile view of the pressure network. For more information, see To Add a Pressure Network to a Profile View.
    Tip: After you create an alignment from a pressure network, when you click on the object in plan view, the alignment and/or alignment labels may be selected. To select the pressure network, expand the Pressure Networks collection on the Prospector tab of Toolspace, right-click the pressure network and click Select.
