TSDB functionality is only available if the TSDB option is enabled on your licence.
A Spatial
Time Series Database (STSDB) database object () is used for storing
spatial time varying data (TVD) that comes from external data sources.
It can be used in
simulations for
InfoWorks and
SWMM networks.

You can zoom to a spatial TSDB on a network that is currently open on the GeoPlan. To do so:
