To Override the Leader Connection Point of a Custom Balloon (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)
In the drawing area, double-click the custom balloon. The Balloon dialog box is displayed.
Under Leader Connection, select the appropriate leader connecting option.
Click OK.
