To Add a Leader or Leader Segments to a Balloon (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

1. In the drawing area, double-click the balloon to add leader segments to. The Balloon dialog box is displayed.
2. In the toolbar of the Balloon dialog box, click .
3. In the drawing area, select the start point of the new leader or leader segment.
   Note: If you place the start point on the original leader, the program adds a new leader node and terminates the selection.
4. Select the points for the new leader or for the new leader segments.

   To add a new leader, the last selected point must be on the original balloon leader.

   To add new leader segments the last selected point must be the start point of the original leader.

5. Click OK.
