Edit Room Groups in Areabook

Edit existing Areabook room groups in your project.

1. Click Quantification tab Areabook Extension panel Room Group-drop-down (Edit Room Group) to open the Edit/View Room Group Properties dialog.
2. Adjust the room group information as defined in the table below.
3. Click OK to update the room group and close the dialog.

Name	Description
Room Group
Group Number	Defines the unique identification number of the room group. By default, the numbering starts with 01 and incremented for each further room group. Numbers, letters and combinations are allowed.
Group Name	Defines the name of the room group. The name is always taken from the last room group created before. Room groups do not offer a list of predefined names.
Level	Displays the level in which the room group tag is placed.
Leaders	Select to display leaders with the room group tag. Deselect to remove the leaders.
Recreate Removed Leaders	Regenerates removed leaders.
Add Rooms and Groups
Use View	Specifies the view in which you will select rooms for the room group.
(Select)	Opens the view displayed in Use View to select rooms for the room group. Click Finish to return to the dialog.
Subordinate Rooms and Groups
(Delete Rows)	Deletes the selected room or room group row.
(Highlight Selected)	Opens the view to the selected room or room group.
Number	Displays the position of the order of selection of the room or room group.
Name	Displays the name of the room or room group.
Living Area	Displays the calculated living area of the room or room group.
Level	Displays the level of the room or room group.
