In InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager, database owners can set user access permissions designed to prevent specific users from performing certain actions in ICMLive Operator Client. See the InfoWorks ICM help for further details.
With access permissions activated in InfoWorks ICM or ICMLive Configuration Manager the following types of ICMLive Operator Client user are available:
A Live Owner has full edit and delete powers over Live Groups and items within Live Groups (such as manifests and manifest deployments).
Users who are assigned this role can:
A Live User can edit Live Group items (such as manifests and manifest deployments), but cannot create or delete Live Group items. Note that specific actions relating to manifests or manifest deployments, such as the actions described in bullet points 2 to 6 in the Live Control Room Manager section above are not allowed.
A Live Viewer can view (not edit) Live group objects and has read-only access to Live Group items.
A TSD Owner has full edit and delete powers over scalar and spatial time series data objects.
A TSD Editor can edit scalar and spatial TSD objects but cannot add or delete data streams.
A TSD User can create user edits (but these cannot be persisted) for scalar and spatial TSD objects.
A TSD Viewer can view but not edit scalar and spatial TSD objects.
