About Managing Activities
Learn how to manage activities in your projects.
There are five activity types you can have in a project:

Task: Tasks are the most common activity type.

Milestone: Use to mark an event or the end of a group of activities. Milestones do not have a duration or a crew size.

Delivery: Use to coordinate delivery of material to the job site.

Roadblock: Use to track issues or constraints that can prevent you from completing a task.

Inspection: Use to track inspections of completed work.
