The Legend Options dialog customizes the appearance of the legend for studies using the standard (legacy) results viewer, including Shape Optimization, Event Simulation, and Nonlinear Static Stress. Use this reference for details about a specific option.

| Legend Size | Small, Normal, Large | Sets the size of the legend. See Customize the legend size. |
| Color Transition | Smooth, Banded | Displays results with a continuous gradient (Smooth) or distinct color bands (Banded). See Alter legend colors in simulation results. |
| Visible Only | On, Off | Limits the legend range to the values of visible components only. See Exclude hidden bodies in simulation results. |
Note: Studies using the online viewer (Static Stress, Thermal, Thermal Stress, Modal Frequencies, Structural Buckling, Injection Molding, and Electronics Cooling) do not have a Legend Options command. For these studies, use Result Settings instead.
