Edit Horizontal Geometry

Edit the horizontal geometry of a component road in any of the following ways:

Drag Manipulators

Select a component road and display it in plan view. Use manipulators to modify the horizontal geometry.

Enter or Select Values

Click a manipulator to display toolbars for values such as radius and coordinates.

Add, Remove, and Change Elements

Right-click a line or curve to display options for adding or removing elements, or for changing the type of element.

Properties

To change curve properties, use the in-canvas editing options such as manipulators and toolbars. You can select a curve in a component road to view its attributes in-canvas. Hover over the road centerline. Green sections on the centerline represent a curve on your road.

Show Road Geometry to view attributes of the curve or spiral in-canvas.
