Remove managed items

Remove items from the Managed Items list when they are no longer affected by the workflow item.

  1. Open a workflow item in a revisioning workspace, then click the Managed Items tab.

    Note: Your administrator may have renamed this tab (for example, to Affected Items in the Change Order workspaces).
  2. Select the managed item or items you want to remove from the list.

  3. Select Remove.

The selected items are removed from the Managed Items list.
