Managed Items

The Managed Items tab displays the revision-controlled items that are associated with the current workflow item in a revisioning workspace. Workflow items (such as Change Orders) drive changes to those items as they move through their lifecycle. Depending on the workspace, the tab may be renamed to Affected Items or Workflow Items.

For each managed item, the table shows:

• The item being revised
• Its current lifecycle phase
• The associated managed change, with a link to the resulting revision (To)
