Preferences

Print Studio enables you to control some basic application settings from the File > Preferences menu.

File

Import Preferences

• Import Up Axis (Z enabled by default)
• Layout (Auto Layout on Import and Auto Layout on Duplicate enabled by default)

Print

Print Manager Preferences

• 3D Print Server URL. Typically, this URL indicates the location of the Print Manager on your local computer. However, if someone has allowed other computers to access Print Manager on a person's computer to share connected USB printers, enter the URL for that computer.

Units

Unit Preferences

• Length (millimeters by default)
• Time (seconds by default)
• Mass (grams by default)
• Temperature (Celsius by default)
• Angle (degrees by default)
• Velocity (millimeters/second by default)
• Volume (cubic centimeters by default)
• Area (square centimeters by default)
• Angular Velocity (revolutions/minute by default)
• Linear Jerk (centimeters/second³(x10³) by default)
• Angular Jerk (degrees/second³(x10³) by default)

View

View Preferences

• Reverse Zoom Direction (disabled by default)

Language

Select a different language and restart Print Studio to apply the change.
