If you've been added to a new team project, but the connected drive for that hub is not displayed yet in your folder structure, perform the following steps:
Windows®
- Right-click the Desktop Connector tray icon and select Sign Out.
- Sign back in.
- Enter your credentials to reconnect your drives.
The folder structure repopulates and the new connected drive for the shared project displays.
macOS®
- Click on the Desktop Connector icon
in the menu bar and select Sign Out.
- Sign back in.
- Enter your credentials to reconnect your drives.
