In addition to receiving alerts in A360, you have the option of receiving email notifications for specific types of updates within a project. The events that you can manage email notifications for include:
- Projects: project-level updates, such as join requests, changes to project details
- Discussions: new post, update, new version, mention of your name by a project member
- Data: new files and folders, update to content, new version of files, mention of your name by a project member
- Calendar: new event, updates to event
- Wikis: new posts, updates, comments, mention of your name by a project member
These settings will apply across all projects you follow. For example, if you turn off email notifications for discussions, you will not receive email notification on discussions in any of the projects you follow.
Managing Email Notifications
You can manage email notifications through the Profile Settings page. You can turn email notifications on and off by clicking the Send email notifications toggle button.

To receive and manage email notifications:
- Click the Profile button > Settings.
- If you wish to receive email notifications, turn email notifications on by clicking the Send email notifications toggle button.
- Select the type of updates for which you want to receive email notifications.
