Managing Invitations

Invitations to new users are available under Pending Invitations and Sent Invitations on the People and Roles tab. Team Administrators can take the following actions on invitations:
  • Approve
  • Reject
  • Withdraw
  • Resend

Approve or Reject Users

If Team Member invite mode is set to Admin Approval Required, invitations from users on the hub will be sent to the Team Administrator for approval. A list of invited users is available under Pending Approvals.

To approve or reject users, click Pending Invitations > select the user > Reject/Approve.

What happens when I reject an invitation?

On hubs that allow Project Contributors, rejected users can still sign up and gain access to projects as Project Contributors if Project Contributor access is enabled at the hub level.

Withdraw or Resend Invitations

Team Administrators can resend invitations to remind invited users who have not yet signed up on A360. They can also withdraw invitations.

To resend or withdraw an invitation, click Sent Invitation > select the user > Withdraw/Resend.

What happens when I withdraw an invitation?

If a user tries to sign up after you withdraw an invitation, they get an error message and will not be able to sign up.
